摘要
用采自河北省冀县的棉铃虫 (HeilcoverpaarmigeraHubner)田间抗性种群 ,研究对三氟氯氰菊酯、久效磷、灭多威的抗性衰退变化 ,结果表明 ,不接触药剂在室内饲养 4代后 ,对三氟氯氰菊酯的抗性衰退最快 ,同时发现棉铃虫对三氟氯氰菊酯的Kdr抗性个体频率衰退速度明显快于其总抗性个体频率和抗性指数。
Regression of resistance to cyhalothrin,monocrotophos and methomyl was evaluated in Helicoverpa armigera(Hubner).The results showed that the regression rate of resistance to cyhalothrin is the biggest one among of three type insecticides after 4 generations rearing in laboratory without exposure to insecticides,it also showed the regression rate of kdr resistant individual frequency is bigger than that of the general resistant individual frequency and the resistant ratio.The regression rates of resistance to monocrotophos and methomyl are not significantly different.
