农民工生活现状下的矛盾心理及自我调适

Migrant Workers' Ambivalence and Self-adjustment

社会经济的发展尤其是城市二三产业的发展,促成了大量农民工进城务工,农民工工作、生活环境较差,自身发展又面临诸多困难,在他们身上不同程度地存在心理问题。探讨了他们矛盾心理产生的原因,从自我调适的视角,提出了农民工发挥自身主观能动性,改善生活的可行性建议。

The development of social economy, especially the development of secondary and tertiary industry led to large numbers of migrant workers into city.Migrant workers＇working and living environment are poor, and faces many difficulties in self-development, so they have some psychological problems in varying degrees.This paper probes into the causes of ambivalence and puts forward the feasible suggestion that migrant workers take initiative to improve their lives from the perspective of self adjustment.
