大同市农村群众体育现状调查与发展对策研究

Investigation of Datong Present Rural Sports and Its Countermeasures

利用文献资料、调查问卷以及访谈法等研究方式,结合大同市目前正在进行的新农村建设,对大同市辖区的农村群众体育发展现状进行了调查研究。研究结果表明:大同市辖区的农村体育工作基本上处于无人管理的自发状态;辖区内体育场地、器材设施配备较好,但缺乏专门的管理及指导人才。针对这一研究现实,最后在结果与建议中提出了大同市农村群众体育发展的对策与措施,为农村体育事业的发展提供借鉴和参考,同时也为体育专业类院校专业的设置以及就业指导方面提供了新思路。

By using research methods of literature, questionnaire and interviews, a study of the rural sports development in current situation was carried out in Datong area.Results show that rural sports in Datong area are in an unmanned management state.Although the sports venues and equipments are well equipped, the lack of specialized management and personnel guidance prevent its development.In order to solve this problem, the article put forward the countermeasures which not only provides some references for the rural sports development, but also gives a new idea for the major setting and employment guidance in the professional sports colleges.
