玻璃纤维增强聚醚醚酮复合材料界面性能的研究

Study of Interface Performence of PEEK Reinforced by Glass Fiber

本文通过对复合材料力学性能的测试以及SEM扫描电镜等方法 ,研究了采用高温上胶剂处理前后的玻璃纤维对复合材料的影响。实验结果表明 :玻纤经高温上胶剂处理后 ,复合材料的力学性能得到明显提高 ,界面粘结性能得到改善。

The effects of glass fiber treated by hi temperature treating agent and non treated glass fiber on the property of PEEK composite were studied by means of mechanical property test and SEM.The results showed the mechanical properties and interface adhesion of the composite reinforced by the glass fiber treated by the treating agent increased obviously and improved respectively
