论高校社科学报编辑的选题组稿

On Topic Choosing and Solicit Contributions by Editors of Social Science Journals

高校社科学报经过60多年的发展,其选题组稿面临着许多困境:选题策划趋同,栏目缺乏特色;组稿意识淡薄,稿件内容零散等。这是由于编辑职业角色日益式微,编辑缺乏主体性,某种程度上丧失了与作者和读者之间平等的话语权。因此,高校社科学报编辑在选题组稿过程中,应主导办刊思路,强化选题意识;抓住时代热点,打造地方特色;依托社科基金,寻求强强联手;培育通识目光,开设"辐射性"栏目。

After more than six decades development of university＇s social science journals,it＇s been facing multiple difficulties regarding topic choosing and solicit contributions,such as assimilation of topics and planning,absent characteristics from columns,decreased awareness of solicit contributions,poor organization in draft contents,etc.The root course of these downgrading is that the importance of editor roles is fading away,and editors themselves are absent of entity,which lead to the loss of equal dialogs between authors and readers one way or another.Therefore,during the procedure of choosing topics and solicit contributions done by the editors of university＇s social science journals,the editors themselves shall lead the key thought of the journals,enhance awareness of choosing topics by seizing the hot spots or zones of current days,and create the characteristics with local flavor.They shall also be more connected and relied with social science funds by seeking co-operation,extend general education view and set up columns with multi-covered subjects.
