摘要
采用物理共混与化学反应(歧化)并用的方式制备新型PP韧性材料,在增容剂(SB)含量m_2%,化学反应物(NX)含量为n_2%的情况下,研制的80PP/20PE 合金韧性材料的冲击强度和断裂伸长率比原PP分别提高9倍和3倍以上,而拉伸强度仅降低的10%,合金力学性能基本满足汽车行业的需要。
A new tenacity material of PP had maken by the means of physical blend and chemical reaction. For example, we studied the alloy with 80PP/20PE, when solubiliting agent ( SB) = m2 % , chemical reaction agent ( NX)= n2 % , its impact strength and elongation - at break separately increased more than 900% and 300% at the same time tensile strength only drop about 10% ,compared with PP. The mechanical properties of PP alloy basically satisfy the demand of automobile.
