Laboratory technicians are a special group of people with feelings of low self-worth,inferiority complex,inertia complex,anaclisis and weariness in colleges and universities.To improve self-worth,laboratory technicians should develop positive views on self-worth,keep a good mentation and change their perspective towards learning as well as develop extensive approaches to communicating.
