稀土β成核剂对等规聚丙烯流变性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了稀土β成核剂WBG-1对等规聚丙烯(iPP)的加工和挤出流变性能的影响,研究发现,0.1%(质量分数)WBG-1的加入使iPP粘流活化能变大;在剪切速率相同的情况下,随β成核剂浓度的增大,剪切压力具有减小的趋势;在低剪切速率范围内,成核剂的加入使相同剪切速率下iPP的剪切粘度变小,但随着剪切速率的增大,剪切粘度随剪切速率变化的曲线出现明显的靠拢。 The effect of rare earth β-nucleating agent WBG-1 on processing and rheological properties of extruded of isotactic polypropylene(iPP) was studied.The results show that according to the addition of nucleating agent,the flow activation energy of iPP modified by 0.1%WBG-1 is large;shear stress has the trend to decrease with the β nucleating agents increase at the same shear rate,shear viscosity decrease when mixed with nucleating agent at the same low shear rate,but shear viscosity-shear rate curves shows obvious drawing close when shear rate increases.
