Experience on ophthalmic post-graduate students＇ microsurgery technique training

临床眼外科是外科学系中较为独特的一门分支学科，眼科显微手术具有高精度、高风险和学习曲线长的特点。同济大学附属同济医院眼科经过多年的摸索，探索出一条循序渐进、行之有效的眼科研究生显微手术培养方法，包括从理论基础、到体外模拟、再到体内实践的一系列过程，其中强调质量控制措施和激励机制。

Clinical ophthalmic surgery is a special branch of general surgery, the microsorgery of ophthalmology has properties of high-precision, high-risk and longer learning curve. The ophthal- mology department of Tongji University Hospital has explored a set of step-by-step and efficacious post- graduate student education method, including theoretical basis, in vitro stimulation and in vivo prac- tice. The intervention of quality control and incentive mechanism were also included.
