中国经济增长与碳排放关系的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Relationship of Chinese Economic Growth and Carbon Emissions

通过对2000-2008年除香港、澳门、台湾、西藏、浙江、湖南外的28个省、自治区、直辖市的碳排放总量和国内生产总值的横截面数据以及东中西部的时间序列数据用计量方法来研究中国经济增长与碳排放的关系。中国的经济增长对碳排放都有促进作用,西部地区的经济弹性最大,表明西部地区的碳排放对经济增长更加敏感。而东部与中部地区的经济弹性相对较小。

According to the cross - section data of carbon emissions and GDP of 28 provinces except Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Tibet, Zhejiang and Hunan, and the time series data of three regions, the paper studies the relationship between China＇ s economic growth and carbon emissions. Economic growth promotes carbon emissions. The economic flexibility of the western region is the biggest, which suggests its carbon emissions are more sensitive to the economic growth. However, the economic flexibility of the eastern and middle region is relatively small.
