摘要
马兰矿选煤厂原煤泥水净化系统已不能适应生产需要,洗水净化能力严重不足问题凸显,净化水质严重恶化,洗水净化系统恶性循环,从而造成二次浓缩机煤泥经常堆积,浓缩池内部分粗颗粒随上层澄清水溢流进入循环仓,进入洗煤系统二次循环;高浓度净化水进入系统二次循环形成了恶性循环,造成了资源浪费。通过对洗水净化系统的技术改造,改善了循环水质,提高了尾煤灰分及综合产率。
The original coal slime water purification system can not adapt to the production need in Malan coal preparation plant,the serious shortage problem of washing water purification capability highlights,purifying water quality seriously deteriorates,washing water purification system viciously circle,thus cause the secondary thickener coal slime often accumulate,the part coarse particles in concentrated tank enter into the circulation storehouse with upper clear water overflow,enter into the coal washing system secondary circulating.The purifying water of high concentration enter into the system secondary circulating,form a vicious circulating,caused the waste of resources.Through technological transformation to the washing water purification system,improves the circulation water quality,enhances the tailings ash content and comprehensive production rate.
