摘要 在目前煤炭价格不断上涨的状况下,火电厂经营遇到了前所未有的困难,节能、降耗成为火电厂生存乃至发展的重要手段。本文在300 MW锅炉机组上对煤粉细度进行了锅炉安全、经济运行影响的专项试验。试验表明,煤粉细度由27%降低到17%时,锅炉效率提高0.72%,减温水量降低,机组节能效果较好,运行安全性增加。对由于煤粉细度下降后给机组和制粉系统带来的影响进行了经济性分析,得出煤粉细度R90在17%左右较好,为机组最佳煤粉细度。 In the coal prices rising conditions,the coal-fired power plant operation meets unprecedented difficulties,energy saving and reducing consumption become important means of the survival and the development of the power plant.This paper carries out the special test of the security and economic operation influence to pulverized coal fineness in 300 MW boiler unit.The experiment shows that pulverized coal fineness reduced from 17% to 27%,the boiler efficiency increased by 0.72%,reduce desuperheating water flow,the energy conservation effect is good,increased security operation.After the pulverized coal fineness drop to impact of the unit and the coal pulverizing system carries out economic analysis,obtains pulverized coal fineness R90 about 17% is better,is the best pulverized coal fineness of the unit.
