韧性双马来酰亚胺树脂基复合材料的研究

摘要 作者以双马来酰亚胺为基本组分 ,研制了一种韧性好、耐湿热性好、复合材料工艺性良好的树脂基体。本文总结了该树脂基本特性、复合材料成型工艺和性能方面的研究工作。结果表明 :未固化树脂软化点低、丙酮中溶解性好、可湿法制备无纬布 ;无纬布粘性合适、铺覆性好、有较长的贮存期 ;成型温度低、压力小 ,可使用普通热压罐成型 ;浇铸体韧性好、耐热性高 ,断裂延伸率为 3 37%、Tg为 2 18℃ ;复合材料综合性能良好、断裂韧性高。 Authors[8]have developed a toughened bismalemide resin(BMI)for carbon fiber composites in primary structure aircraft applications ,which has high toughness,excellent wet-hot properties and good processability The cure reaction character of uncured resin,properties of cured bulk resin,fabrication technique and performance of carbon fiber reinforced composites are reported in this paper It is concluded that uncured resin with low softening temperature has good solubility in common acetone and its prepregs are of good tack,drape and long storage life Its composites can be fabricated using common autoclave,for that its cure temperature and moulding pressure is 180℃ and 0 7 MPa respectively Good properties of cured bulk resin are that tensile strength is 84 8MPa,tensile fracture strain is 3 37%,Tg is 218℃ and G IC is 195J/m 2 T300B/toughened BMI composites have good toughness and execllent wet-hot properties which are equal to or better than those of 5245 composites
