焊缝模态参数目标建模及敏感参数分析

摘要 为实现对焊缝动力学模型的准确建模,以焊接管接头焊缝为对象,利用试验提供的测试结果,研究了这类焊接结构的模态参数目标模拟过程,使模型同时逼近2个测试目标,即结构的模态频率和主振型;并分析该模型修正过程中需要考虑的主要敏感参数。研究表明焊管焊缝厚度、焊接弹性模量和焊接影响区是模型修正的主要参数。 In order to set up the accurate kinetic model,the welding tube tie-in was regarded as the research object.With the test results,the simulating process was studied so that the model can approach the two test targets,namely the natural frequencies and modes of the structure.And then the main sensitive parameters during the model amendment were analyzed.The results show that the weld thickness of the welded steel pipe,the elastic modulus of the welding line and heat affected zone should be considered as the main parameters in model amendment.
