一种小型医用污水处理器的研制

摘要 目的针对中小医院缺乏专用医用污水处理设备问题,制作一种小型医用污水处理器,以保障此类医院的污水排放符合环保要求。方法根据中小型医院日常污水情况,设计制作了一种一体化臭氧污水处理设备,该设备包括过滤池、沉淀池、臭氧消毒器三部分,采用二级工艺对医院污水进行收集、过滤、沉淀和处理。结果对比处理前后污水环保指标,其中化学耗氧量(chemical oxygen demand,COD)和悬浮物指标明显好转,酸碱度和氮氨指标均符合《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》。结论本文研制的小型医用污水处理器,可以有效处理医院污水,适合中小医院使用。 Objective To fabricate an integrated medical sewage processor for small hospitals to meet the environmental requirements. Methods An integrated ozone sewage processor including the filter pool, sedimentation tanks and ozone sterilizer was designed to deal with the wastewater from hospital in two-step based on its daily sewage. Results After the sewage was processed, the indicators, such as the chemical oxygen demand (COD) and suspended sediments,were significantly improved, and other indicators such as values of pH and ammonia nitrogen were in line with the discharge standard of water pollutants for medical organization. Conclusions The processor improves the water quality effectively and is suitable for small hospitals.
