中学生学习倦怠与应对方式的关系研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究初中生学习倦怠与应对方式的关系。方法采用班级集体施测方式,对1207名初中生和1082名高中生进行问卷调查。结果①初中生学习倦怠感突出表现在心理耗竭和低成就感两个维度上,高中生的学习倦怠感主要突出表现在低成就感和心理耗竭纬度上;②初三、初二学生在心理耗竭和对学习的冷漠方面的得分显著高于初一。高二的学生在心理耗竭上显著高于高一,在身体耗竭、学习倦怠总体上都显著高于高三(P均<0.05);③在学习倦怠的低成就感维度上,非独生子女的得分高于独生子女(P<0.05);④问题解决和寻求支持与学习倦怠的各因子呈显著的负相关;应对方式中的回避、分散和忍耐与学习倦怠的各因子呈显著正相关。结论中学生存在一定程度的学习倦怠,问题解决、忍耐是学习倦怠各因子的重要预测变量。 Objective To investigate the causes of learning burnout a mong middle students and find possible measurements. Methods 1207 junior students and 1082 high school students were tested by class collective measuring questionnaires. Results (1) Junior middle school students had a higher frequency to develop the psychological depletion and learn apathy, but have lower frequencies of the psychological depletion and learn apathy, compared with high school students. (2) Scores of the psychological depletion and learning indifference were higher among grade two and three junior students, compared with grade one students. Senior two students had a significantly higher score on the psychological depletion compared with senior one students, and higher scores of the physical exhaustion and the learning burnout compared with senior three students.(3) Students from one child families had a higher score on low achievement compared with other families. (4) Abilities of solving problem and seeking supports negatively associated with facts of the learning burnout, and positively associated with factors of coping styles such as withdrawal, decentralized and patience. ConclusionThe Learning burnout exits among middle school students which can be predicted by abilities of solving problem and patience.
