层合板复合材料层间剪切破坏特征检测系统的开发

为了弥补目前层合板复合材料层间剪切强度测试方法———三点及四点法的不足 ,本文利用传感器技术开发了复合材料层间剪切破坏特征检测系统 ,此系统具有准确测出层合板剪切破坏起始位置、剪切破坏的扩展方向及剪切破坏的速度等功能 ,而且造价低。

To improve testing methods of interlaminar Shear Strength-three and four-point methods used presently,this article develops a detection systern to monitor the Characteristics of the interlaminar shear failures by use of sensing technolgy.This system can accurately detect the intiation site of the shear failures,the direction of crack progration,and the crack propargation speed.It is inexpensive ard convenient.
