篮球裁判员的培养方法探究

On the Basketball Referee Training

用问卷调查法、走访法、数理统计法对西安文理学院体育专业学生篮球裁判员现状进行分析发现,英语水平偏低,执裁场次偏少,执裁过程中应变能力相对较弱.基于此,总结出"四养一练"的裁判员培养方法,对篮球课的教学具有积极的指导作用.

Based on a questionnaire,some interviews and statistics,this study analyzes the status quo of P.E.student basketball referees at Xi＇an University of Arts and Science.The results show that the students＇ English proficiency is generally low,that the students have had few opportunities in doing fieldwork,and that the students＇ contingency ability needs to be improved.To address the problems,this study proposes the referee training method of ＂Four Instructions and One Practice＂.It aims to improve the basketball lessons.
