摘要
降低泡沫沥青稳定混合料的压实空隙率可以有效地提高该类混合料耐久性.采用不同的成型工艺制备泡沫沥青混合料试件,分析成型方法、成型功以及试件处置方法对泡沫沥青混合料试件体积参数和强度特性的影响,探讨适宜泡沫沥青混合料的成型工艺.试验结果表明,大马歇尔试件成型工艺和增大压实功可以有效地降低泡沫沥青混合料试件的压实空隙率,旋转压实成型工艺不适于降低泡沫沥青混合料试件的空隙率,降低泡沫沥青混合料的空隙率可以显著提高该类混合料的水稳定性.
The durability of foamed asphalt mixture can be effectively improved by reducing the void ratio of this mixture.Foamed asphalt mixture samples were molded by adopting different methods of molding,and used to analyze the influence of molding conditions,molding power and maintenance methods to the size parameters and strength properties of foamed asphalt mixture samples,and then the suitable molding method of foamed asphalt mixture was discussed.The trial results show that,the void ratio of foamed asphalt mixture samples can be effectively reduced by adopting Big Marshall Test molding process and increasing compaction power,rotating compaction is not suitable for reducing the void ratio of foamed asphalt mixture samples,and the water stability of foamed asphalt mixture can be significantly improved by reducing the void ratio of this mixture.
