中层干部在学院制定各项政策、决策、决议、指令、规章制度的贯彻执行，学院工作方案的制定、重大活动的开展，各项活动的组织、部署和安排，教职员工队伍的建设和管理中，起着重要作用。文章结合我院实际，从思想素质、模范作用、工作态度等方面阐述了如何提高中层干部的执行力。

The middle -level cadres play an important role in carrying out college＇s policy, resolutions, instructions and regulations ;As well as making and implementing college working plan, major activities and its organization, deployment and arrangement, teaching staff team building and management. According to the reality of our college, this paper elaborates how to improve the executive ability of middle - level cadres from the ideological quality, ex- emplary role and working attitude.
