基于“蝴蝶模型”的高职财经类专业项目课程教学研究

摘要 项目课程教学主要是培养学生的岗位专业能力和职业核心能力,以此构建了基于"多能力一体化"的财经类专业项目课程教学的"蝴蝶模型"。在系统分析"蝴蝶模型"的来源和构成要素基础上,从构建校企合作框架下的工作任务分析和教学项目设计体系、构建基于工作过程的情境化教学活动体系、构建立体多元化的项目课程教学考核评价体系三个方面,探讨财经类项目课程教学改革。 The project curriculum teaching mainly aims at cultivating student's post professional ability and core occupational ability in order to establish a multi-ability integrated butterfly model of curriculum teaching in financial and economic major.Based on systematically analyzing the source and the composition of the butterfly model,the present paper discusses the reform of the project curriculum teaching of financial and economic major that it shall develop the work from three aspects: establishing a task analysis and teaching project design system under the college-enterprise cooperative framework,establishing a situation teaching activity system based on the working process,and establishing a three-dimensional multiple project curriculum assessment and evaluation system.
