摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯和丙烯酸为共聚单体 ,经乳液共聚合反应制得四元共聚乳液 .探讨单体配比、乳化剂用量和配比、引发剂用量、聚合温度对共聚乳液及其膜性能的影响 .结果表明 :在适宜的工艺条件下 ,所得共聚乳液为乳白色略带蓝光的液体 ,乳液化学稳定性、稀释稳定性、机械稳定性、冻融稳定性均达到要求 ,涂膜附着力达 1级 .
The multicomponent copolymerized emulsion was prepared by emulsion copolymerization with methyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate,styrene and acrylic acid as copolymerized monomers.Factors of affecting copolymerized emulsion and film performance were studies,such as ratio of the monomers,ratio and amounts of emulsifier,amounts of initiator and copolymerization temperature.The results showed that the copolymerized emulsion was the liquid of white with blue light,its stability thaw came up to standard,adhesion of its film was 1 degree under appropriate condition.
