文化图式在大学英语词汇教学中的应用

摘要 词汇是当前妨碍我国大学英语学习者语言运用能力提高的主要因素。由于缺乏对目标语社会文化知识的了解,对词汇承载的文化内涵不熟悉,当前我国许多英语学习者还无法达到对语言的深层次理解和运用,学习者的词汇知识及能力还不能满足交际的需要。文章通过剖析我国大学英语词汇教学的现状以及学习者在习得词汇时所遇到的困难,提出将文化图式理论应用在词汇习得过程中并有效解码的几点策略。 Nowadays, vocabulary maintains the principal factor to hinder college English learn- ers from improving their language communicating competence in China. For the lack of social culture knowledge of target language and being unfamiliar with the cultural connotation that words contain, nowadays, many English learners in China can not deeply understand and apply the language , and the learners'vocabulary and ability cann't meet the needs of communication By analyzing the problems during vocabulary teaching and vocabulary learners' difficulties of decoding cultural contents, this study provides some effective strategies about how to apply and decode the cultural schema in vocabulary acquisition.
