以开放性、自组织性、个性化、互动性为显著特征的新媒体不仅正改变着人们的生活方式、思维习惯,而且正在对中国公民社会的构建产生着重要影响。公民社会建构也推动新媒体的繁荣发展。新媒体与中国公民社会之间存在着双向建构的关系。

The new media, with distinguishing features of openness, self-organization, person- alized, individuation and interactivity not only is changing people＇s way of life, thinking hab- its, and exerts a heavy effect on Chinese civil society construction. The civil society construc- tion also promotes the prosperity and development of the new media. Between New media and civil society construction in China, there exists the bidirectional construction relationship.
