摘要
信息时代高校图书馆的地位更加重要,对图书馆员也提出了新的要求,搞好图书馆人力资源管理势在必行。文章分析了图书馆人力资源管理的现状及存在的问题,提出了图书馆人力资源管理的新理念,并阐述了吉林交通职业技术学院图书馆在人力资源管理中以人为本,引入竞争机制、激励机制的新模式。
University Libraries in the information age is becoming much more important; it rai- ses new requirements to the librarians and improving human resource management of the library is imperative. The article analyzes present situation the library human resources management and the existing questions, proposes the new concept of library human resources management, and expounds the new model that the library of Jilin Communications Polytechnic applies in the human resources management, people-oriented, introducing competition mechanism, incentive mechanism.
