摘要
埕北302井是胜利油田在渤海湾埕岛海域钻探的一口重点井,完钻井深4364.95m,钻探目的是评价古生界、太古界含油气情况。该井馆陶组以上地层造浆性强,东营组和沙河街组地层剥蚀掉块严重,古生界和太古界地层破碎、裂缝发育,在钻进过程中,经常出现井漏、井喷、井塌和卡钻等复杂事故。介绍了该井不同地层的钻井液配方,即上部地层选用抑制型聚合物海水钻井液,下部地层选用适度分散的防塌钻井液,并配合相应的维护处理技术。现场应用结果表明,聚合物海水钻井液抑制能力、携屑能力强;防塌钻井液具有较好的防塌能力、抗污染能力和抗温能力,满足了埕北302井钻井施工的要求。
Well Chenbei-302 is an important exploratory well drilled in the Bohai Bay. with a total depth of 4364. 95 m. Different drilling fluid systems were selected for different intervals. Specifically, polymer sea-water drilling fluid was used in the upper mud making formation, and anti-sloughing additive, filtrate reducer and copolymer were added in the bottom Archaean group and Palaeozoic formation, where lost circulation, blowout, hole collapse and pipe sticking are likely to happen. The details of field formulation and property maintenance were described. The systems used proved their good shale inhibition and cutting transport, while high temperature tolerance and enhanced well stability and cleaning were achieved.
