摘要
阐述了 JL S-Φ2 5伞式集流型流量含水仪在井斜 0°~ 5 0°时实验研究情况。在流量较低 (5~ 10 0 m3/d)时取得了如下实验结果 :1在井斜 5 0°以内集流型涡轮流量计受井斜角度影响不大 ,在仪器允许误差范围内 ;2集流型过流式流体电容仪随井斜角度增大 ,测试相对误差也增加 ,流量较大或高含水时受井斜影响较小。建议此类仪器在井斜角度大于 2 0°时测试应用斜井刻度的图版解释。
The result of the experimental study on JLSΦ25 packer type basket flowmeter-fluid capacitance tool in deviated well ranging from 0° to 5° at flowrate from 5 m3/d to 100 m3/d is as follows: ①When the deviation is smaller than 50°, the effect of deviation angle on packer type turbine flowmeter is not serious. It is within the tool talerance. ②The relative measurement error of the fluid capacitance tool increases with the increase in deviation, but when the flowrate is great or the watercut is high, the effect is small. So when the deviation angle is bigger than 20°, it is suggested that slant hole calibration chart be used in interpretation.
