摘要
回顾总结了微弧氧化技术的国内外发展状况以及该技术在工业应用中面对的问题。在此基础上提出扫描式微弧氧化技术的原理,分析了该方法的优势与特点,并对扫描图形进行实验,验证了其可行性。最后从成膜效率、放电间隙和扫描次数实验中论证了扫描式微弧氧化技术具有功耗低、成膜效率高的特点。
The development of micro-arc oxidation and its applications in industrial field was re- viewed. Based on conventional micro-arc oxidation, an innovative scanning micro-arc oxidation techn- ology with visible advantages was developed in this paper. Moreover, verification experiment on scan- ning micro-arc oxidation was carried out, and the experimental results suggested that scanning micro- arc oxidation could be conducted at a high efficiency but low cost way. At last, the effects of process- ing parameters such as discharging gap and scanning times on film thickness and film forming efficiency were discussed.
