摘要
本文以隐性知识理论为基础,通过对西安通讯装备制造产业集群106家企业进行问卷调查,运用结构方程模型对调查结果进行分析研究。结果表明:员工隐性知识、部门隐性知识和企业隐性知识对企业智力资本和竞争优势具有显著影响,智力资本在隐性知识与企业竞争优势之间起到部分中介作用。企业应重视并合理利用其不同层次的隐性知识,积累智力资本,进而提升竞争优势。
Based on the tacit knowledge theory,using structural equation model,this paper analyzes the data of the questionnaire survey of 106 companies in the Xi'an equipment manufacturing industry cluster.The results show that: Personal tacit knowledge,organizational tacit knowledge and enterprise tacit knowledge have positive impacts on enterprises' competitive advantage;Intellectual capital becomes partial medium between inexplicable tacit knowledge and enterprises' competitive advantage.Therefore,enterprises should pay more attention to the different levels of tacit knowledge,and make full use of them to obtain more intellectual capital and give rise to competitive advantages.
