摘要
基于科技与经济社会发展的耦合性构建科技与经济社会发展协调度的评价指标体系,采用主客观相结合的方法确定评价体系的各指标权重,利用协调度模型,从省际差异的宏观角度对全国29个省市的科技与经济社会发展协调程度进行分析。分析表明科技与经济社会发展存在正向的互动关系,各地科技与经济社会发展的协调程度存在显著差异,各省区科技发展失衡现象比较突出,应加强对科技落后地区的科技管理,这对于协调我国科技与经济社会发展具有一定的理论意义。
Based on the coupling of S&T and Economic & Social development, this paper builds an evaluation index system of coordinated degree between S&T and Economic & Social development. A combination of subjective and objective method is used to determine the weight of the indexes, the coordinated degrees between S&T and Economic & Social development among the 29 provinces in China are analyzed by using the coordinated degree calculation model. The results show that:There is a positive correlation between S&T and Economic & Social development, but the level of coordinated degree between S&T and Economic & Social development differe greatly from area to area; Prominent imbalances are found among the different levels of S&T development of the 29 provinces. The paper suggestes more intention should be paid on the management of S&T in S&T backward areas, which would make a great theoretical significance in coordinating the development between S&T and Economic & Society.
