葡萄枝培养料栽培黑木耳的试验研究

The Test Research on Growing Auricularia Auricular Using the Compost of Grape Tress

研究皖北葡萄产区黑木耳栽培过程中,不同葡萄枝屑培养料配方对黑木耳生长发育和产量的影响。结果表明:不同配方培养料对黑木耳的菌丝生长速度和生长势、生育期、产量及生物学效率等均有较大的影响,其中,以60%葡萄枝屑+18%玉米芯配方效果最好。该配方培养料的菌丝生长势最强,子实体形态最佳,产量最高;且在主料中添加玉米粉,菌丝生长健壮,原基形成快,菇耳产量及商品率高。

The paper studies the effect on the growing development and the output of Auricularia Auricular from different formulation of the chipping of grape tress compost during the growing process in the area where grape grows in the north of Anhui province.The research shows that different formulations of compost have greatly affected the growth rate and growth potential,growth season,output and biological efficiency,etc of the mycelium of Auricularia Auricular.Among the different formulations,the best one is attributed to 60% grape tress chipping and 18% corncob. The formulation has strong growth potential,best shape of fruiting body,highest output.And with corn flour in mother stock,the mycelium will grow healthily,germination will form quickly,the output and commodity rate will be high.
