摘要
针对普通高校中教师评教问题,设计一种新的定量与定性相结合的评估模型,并实现评教的网络化,方便教师与教务部门根据学生和教师反映及时做出改进。拟采用一种基于合理变权思想的综合测评方法,通过动态调整与各教学因素的权重,提高评价的科学性和公平性。网络化评估结果将为教学管理提供依据。
A new quantitative and qualitative evaluation model is designed for teaching in ordinary universities,in order to realize Network of teaching evaluation,which is convenient for the improvement of teachers and teaching departments.A comprehensive evaluation method based on reasonable weight is adopted to achieve dynamic adjustment of various teaching factors and rationality and fairness of teaching evaluation.Network evaluation results will provide the basis for teaching management.
