HNY4 4 1双向锚定封隔器由锁紧、密封、平衡、锚定和解封解卡机构等组成 ,设计了防中途坐卡机构 ,使封隔器能实现与其下部连接封隔器逐级分开解封 ;解封机构采取了分步解封解卡的方式 ,两者均减小了管柱上提解封力。 1 0 5口井的现场使用表明 ,这种封隔器坐封成功率达1 0 0 % ,封堵成功率达 90 % ,一次解封成功率达 1 0 0 % ,单级封堵井的解封上提力约为 1 0kN。
Model HNY441 packer is comprised of locking, sealing, equilibrating, anchoring and releasing mechanisms. A mechanism for preventing midway setting and sticking is designed to ensure releasing of the packer stage by stage; the releasing mechanism carries out releasing and stuck freeing step by step; both mechanisms reduce the pulling force for releasing. Field use of the packer shows that, both the success rates of setting and releasing for once reach 100%, and the success rate of plugging is up to 90%.
