正交试验优选丽安康片提取工艺

Optimization of Extraction Process for Li'ankang Tablet by Orthogonal Test

目的:优选丽安康片提取工艺。方法:水提取部分以黄芪甲苷为指标,乙醇提取部分以淫羊藿苷为指标,分别采用正交试验优化提取工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为黄芪、当归水提共煎,加8倍量水煎煮3次,每次1.5 h,70℃减压干燥;淫羊藿加14倍量70%乙醇提取2次,每次1 h。结论:优选的提取工艺合理、稳定、可行,可作为丽安康片的提取工艺。

Objective：To optimize extraction process of Li＇ankang tablet.Method：Extraction process of Li＇ankang tablet was optimized by orthogonal design with multiple indexes.Astragaloside was used as index in water extract part,but with icariin as index in ethanol extract part.Result：Optimal extraction process of Li＇ankang tablet was as follows： ratio of Astragalus membranaceus and Angelica sinensis 5∶ 1,added 8 times the amount of water to boil together,decocted 3 times with 1.5 h each time,vacuum drying under 70 ℃;Epimedium brevicornu was added 14 times the amount of 70% ethanol to extract 2times,one h per time.Conclusion：Optimized extraction process of Li＇ankang tablet was reasonable,stable and feasible,and could be extraction technology of Li＇ankang tablet.
