秦岭岩白菜的化学成分(Ⅰ)

Chemical Constituents from Bergenia scopulosa(Ⅰ)

目的:研究秦岭岩白菜Bergenia scopulosa的化学成分。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、SephadexLH-20凝胶柱色谱和重结晶等手段进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从秦岭岩白菜甲醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、(+)-儿茶素(3)、没食子酸(4)、熊果苷(5)、岩白菜素(6)、4-O-没食子酰岩白菜素(7)、11-O-没食子酰岩白菜素(8)、邻苯二酚(9)、丁香酸(10)、槲皮素(11)和芦丁(12)。结论:化合物8～12为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective： To study the chemical constituents from Bergenia scopulosa.Method： The constituents were isolated and purified with the use of macroporous adsorption resins,silica gel column chromatography,Sephedex LH-20,re-crystallization.Their structures were identified on the basis of physiochemical properties and special analysis.Result： Twelve compounds were isolated from methanol extracts of Bergenia scopulosa and their structures were identified as： β-sitosterol（1）,daucosterol（2）,（＋）-catechin（3）,gallic acid（4）,arbutin（5）,bergenin（6）,4-O-galloylbergenin（7）,11-O-galloylbergenin（8）,pyrocatechol（9）,syringic acid（10）,quercetin（11）,rutin（12）.Conclusion： Compounds 8-12 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
