摘要
目的:研究秦岭岩白菜Bergenia scopulosa的化学成分。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、SephadexLH-20凝胶柱色谱和重结晶等手段进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从秦岭岩白菜甲醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、(+)-儿茶素(3)、没食子酸(4)、熊果苷(5)、岩白菜素(6)、4-O-没食子酰岩白菜素(7)、11-O-没食子酰岩白菜素(8)、邻苯二酚(9)、丁香酸(10)、槲皮素(11)和芦丁(12)。结论:化合物8~12为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Bergenia scopulosa.Method: The constituents were isolated and purified with the use of macroporous adsorption resins,silica gel column chromatography,Sephedex LH-20,re-crystallization.Their structures were identified on the basis of physiochemical properties and special analysis.Result: Twelve compounds were isolated from methanol extracts of Bergenia scopulosa and their structures were identified as: β-sitosterol(1),daucosterol(2),(+)-catechin(3),gallic acid(4),arbutin(5),bergenin(6),4-O-galloylbergenin(7),11-O-galloylbergenin(8),pyrocatechol(9),syringic acid(10),quercetin(11),rutin(12).Conclusion: Compounds 8-12 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
