图书馆立法决策服务中的信息反馈研究

Research on Information Feedback in Legislative Decision Services of Libraries

图书馆立法决策服务中常用的信息反馈方法主要有综合反馈法、典型反馈法、跟踪反馈法和组合反馈法。反馈信息包括综合性信息、宏观性信息、微观性信息、预测性信息、动态性信息、正反馈性信息、负反馈性信息、趋向性信息和咨询建议性信息等不同类型。近年来,南京图书馆等图书情报单位在立法决策服务中对于反馈信息的应用取得了良好的效果,为其他图书馆起到了借鉴作用。

There are four main information feedback methods used in legislative decision services of libraries commonly,such as comprehensive feedback method,representative feedback method,tracking feedback method and assembled feedback method.Feedback information includes comprehensive information,macroscopic information,microcosmic information,predictability information,dynamic information,positive feedback information,negative feedback information,tendency information,consultation suggestion information,and so on.In recent years,Nanjing Library and some other libraries and information agencies have made good results in the application of feedback information in legislative decision services,and have played reference role for other libraries.
