摘要通过对国外9所大学图书馆战略规划的内容分析研究可知,大学图书馆的战略发展方向根据其重要程度可归纳为核心战略方向、特色战略方向和个性战略方向。核心战略方向是大学图书馆本质使命的体现,特色战略方向反映了整个行业的发展趋势,个性战略方向彰显了图书馆的特色。我国图书馆战略的制定应把握国外图书馆发展动向,明确自身使命,把握行业趋势,体现本馆特色。 This paper analyzes strategic plans of 9 foreign university libraries with the method of content analysis,and finds out that their strategic development directions could be divided into three groups according to the importance： the core strategic direction,the specified strategic direction and the personalized strategic direction.The core strategic direction reflects the mission of university libraries,the specified strategic direction reflects development trends of entire library field,and the personalized strategic direction shows characteristics of university libraries.The formulation of library strategic plans in China should keep up with the development of foreign libraries,define library missions,grasp trends of the library field,and reflect unique features of university libraries.
