Development of the natural ramie series products

对高支原色苎麻的脱胶、纺纱、织造、染整各工序的生产工艺及技术要点进行了系统的研究和探讨,通过采用生物酶脱胶技术获得优质的原色苎麻纤维,并总结、制定了适用于纺制高支苎麻纱线的高品质原色苎麻精梳纤维条的质量控制标准。采用将原色苎麻纤维与水溶性纤维伴纺的纺纱技术加工纱线,实现高支原色苎麻织物在纺纱、织造生产过程中提高效率、保证质量的目的。在织物设计过程中,利用原色苎麻深浅不同的色泽设计出各种原色及深浅相间的色条、色格等多种花色品种的原色苎麻色织产品。

Systematic technical research is proceeded for the processes of the degumming,spinning,weaving,dyeing and finishing of the natural ramie fabric.High quality natural ramie fiber is got by the degumming technology of biologic enzyme.Quality control standard of high quality natural ramie fiber fit for light weight fabric is instituted accordingly.By spinning dissolvable fiber with the natural ramie fiber blended yarn,high efficiency could be reached and high weaving quality could be guaranteed during weaving process.Natural ramie fiber can be well used to design stripes and checks effect fabric,with the same effect as yarn dyed but natural.
