电脑横机双纱嘴编织添纱组织的工艺探讨 被引量:5

摘要 通过在电脑横机上用2把纱嘴进行添纱组织的编织试验,探讨了纱线张力、垫纱角度、纱线粗细和纱线性能等因素对添纱织物覆盖效果的影响。试验表明,采用2把纱嘴编织添纱组织时,面纱和地纱要分别用窄纱嘴和宽纱嘴,从而保证面纱垫纱始终在前,地纱垫纱始终在后。为了达到良好的添纱效果,地纱张力应该大于面纱张力;面纱垫纱高度应尽量低,垫纱纵角小一些,地纱垫纱高度应尽量高,垫纱纵角大一些;地纱比面纱要细一些。经过打蜡处理的纱线可有效地提高添纱质量。 With two yarn guides to knit plating stitch in the electronic V-bed flat knitting machine,it is explored that the influence factors about the coverage effect of plating fabric such as yarn tension,yarn feeding angle and yarn diameter etc..It turns out that ground yarn guider and plating yarn guider should have different slot width so that the plating yarn guider always runs ahead,in addition to have a greater tension of the ground yarn than the plating yarn,higher position and small yarn feeding angle of ground yarn guider,finer ground yarn than plating yarn for a good plating effect.Furthermore,chemical fiber yarn and waxed yarn can effectively improve plating effect.
