稀土GdCl_3对羊绒活性染料染色性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过对稀土GdCl3用量、加入时间、染色温度、染色时间、pH值、匀染剂、盐用量、浴比等各单因素进行分析,并根据正交试验,得到了提高羊绒深红色相活性染料染色性能的优化工艺:稀土GdCl3用量0.1%(owf)),同染料一并加入,染色温度85℃,染色时间90 min,pH值4,浴比1∶30,Albegal B用量2%(owf),固色剂为氨水,固色温度为80℃,固色时间30 min。在最佳工艺条件下染色后,进行各指标测试,结果显示,各项色牢度均提高了0.5~1.0级,上染百分率提高了10%左右,断裂强力、断裂强度、断裂伸长率、断裂功等有所增加,色差、pH值、甲醛含量均在合格范围内。 According to analysis the tombar thite GdCl3 dosage,join time,dyeing temperature,dyeing time,pH value,leveling agent and liquor ratio,so as to determine the orthogonal experiment,and then improved the properties of active dyes for red cashmere hue and received the optimization of process.An optimum process was rearched,which were tombar thite GdCl3 dosage of 0.1%(owf),together with the dye to join,dyeing temperature 85 ℃,dyeing time 90 min,pH value 4,liquor ratio 1∶30,white Albegal B 2%(owf),fixing agent was ammonia water,temperature 80 ℃ and time 30 min.Under the optimum conditions,all the colour fastness were improved by 0.5~1.0 grade and dyeing rate increased about 10%,the breaking strength,breaking tenacity,elongation at break and breaking work was increased,chromatism,pH value and formaldehyde were in the acceptable range.
