新民猪和皮民猪ESR基因的多态性检测分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究新民猪和皮民猪雌激素受体(ESR)基因的多态性,试验采用PCR-RFLP方法,对黑龙江省农业科学院畜牧研究所收集整理的27头新民猪和50头皮民猪F1代的ESR基因进行检测,并与其他已报道的猪种进行比较。结果表明:新民猪ESR基因的A等位基因频率为0.593,B等位基因频率为0.407;皮民猪ESR基因的A等位基因频率为0.720,B等位基因频率为0.280。新民猪与皮民猪的等位基因频率与引进猪种相似,即A等位基因频率略高于B等位基因频率;然而我国大部分地方猪种的B等位基因频率高于A等位基因频率,其中B为优势等位基因。 Estrogen receptor(ESR) gene is one of the major genes, which has the impact of litter size in pigs. In this study, PCR - RFLP meth- od was used to detect the ESR of 27 new Min pigs and of 50 F1 generations of Pietraln x new Min pig, which came from the Institute of Animal Husbandry Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and compared with other pig breeds reported. The results showed that in new Min pigs, the A allele frequency of ESR gene was 0. 593, the B allele frequency was 0. 407 ; in the F1 generations of Pietrain x new Min pig, the A allele frequency of ESR gene was 0. 720, the B allele frequeney was 0. 280. The allele frequencies of ESR gene from new Min pigs and the F1 generations of Pietrain x new Min pig were similar with that of the induced pigs, and the A allele frequency was slightly higher than the B allele frequency, however, the A allele frequency of the other breeds was lower than B allele frequency, where B is the dominant allele.
