摘要
在分析了我国种业机制体制、从业人员和企业特点的基础上,提出了我国现代农作物种业发展中种业的人才培养和流动机制,提出了逐步推进育种资源向企业聚集,抓大控小、推动企业兼并重组等政策建议。
Based on the analysis of Chinese seed industry mechanism system,employees and enterprise characteristics,some strategies had been put forward to establishing talents training and flowing mechanism of our country modern crop seed industry development,progressively carrying the breeding resources forward to the enterprises assembling;grasping the big and controling the small,promoting the merger and reorganization of enterprises.
