不同长度端壁翼刀对跨声速压气机叶栅二次流影响的数值研究 被引量:4

Numerical Investigation of the Secondary Flow Control in an Annual Compressor of Transonic Cascade With Different Length Endwall Fences

摘要 对可控扩散叶型(CDA)环形叶栅和4种具有不同长度和流向位置的端壁翼刀叶栅内的三维黏性流场进行了数值模拟。结果表明:较长翼刀对气流横向流动的阻断作用较强,较短翼刀产生的附加损失较小;加装翼刀后叶栅中部气流流动状况显著改善,但端壁附近损失有所增加;翼刀加装在流道前部比后部更有利于降低总能量损失,占据前1/2流道的翼刀方案为本文最佳翼刀方案,使叶栅总能量损失比原型叶栅低2.2%。 The numerical simulation has been carried out to investigate the effect of endwall fence with different length on the secondary flow in a CDA(controlled diffusion airfoils) transonic compressor cascade.The results show that the longer the fence length,the stronger the blocking effect against crosswise flow.And the shorter the fence length,the smaller the additional energy loss.The secondary flow in the compressor cascade can be controlled effectively by all these cases of endwall fence.The flow in the middle of the passage can be improved with different length endwall fence,but the additional losses of fences increased.Fence located in the foreside is better than in the rearward and the optimal fence is located in the foreside of the passage with a length of 50 percent axial chord.And it reduces 2.2%of total cascade loss comparing with the original cascade.
