新型耐低温阳离子捕收剂M-331浮选实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了满足冶炼行业对铁精矿的要求,研制了一种新型阳离子捕收剂M-331。应用M-331反浮选磁选铁精矿中的SiO2,得到了良好的指标:在25℃时获得的精矿中铁品位为60.78%,铁回收率为78.55%;在5℃时低温条件下,获得与常温条件基本一致的良好指标,精矿铁品位60%,铁回收率72.65%。在相同的刮量下,M-331产生的泡沫比十二胺少且脆,后续处理方便。由此证明,捕收剂M-331具有良好的选择性、耐低温性和泡沫性能。 To meet the requirement of smelting industry on iron concentrate,a new type cationic collector M-331 was developed.The reverse flotation of SiO2 in iron concentrates from magnetic separation operation with M-331 cationic collector achieved good indexes: under the condition of 25℃ the grade of iron concentrate was 60.78% and the iron recovery was 78.55%,under the condition of 5℃ the grade and the recovery were 60% and 72.65% respectively,which coincided with the indexes obtained at normal temperature.At the same dosage with dodecylamine,M-331 cationic collector produced much less brittle froth,thus facilitating the downstrem operation.Hence it is proved that M-331 collector is of good selecting,foaming and low-temperature-resistant properties.
