摘要
结合装载浓硝酸的化学品船液货罐结构上的特点,详细推导了船体三维运动时液舱货罐内部压力的计算公式,在此基础上提出将求解液舱货罐内部压力问题转化为以横倾角和纵倾角为设计变量,液舱货罐内部压力为目标函数的一个最优化问题,并利用Matlab优化工具箱求解,最后进行有限元直接计算和分析,得出满足CCS规范要求的液罐结构形式。
Combining the structural features of liquid cargo tanks on chemical vessels with concentrated nitric acid,it derives in detail the calculation formula of the internal pressure in the liquid cargo tank during the 3D movement of the hull.On the basis,the internal pressure solution is changed to the optimization problem with the internal pressure as objective function and the bank and trim angle as designing variates.It is resolved by using Matlab Optimization Toolbox.Finally it uses FEM to calculate directly and analyze.The result meets the requirements in CCS code of the structural form of liquid cargo tank.
