基于孵化器的信息产业技术创新管理模式研究——以重庆市为例

探寻一个先进的创新管理模式是一个地区开展技术创新活动并取得成功的根本保证。基于孵化器的创新管理模式着重强调的是成立一个孵化联盟组织,它是对产学研合作模式的一个延续,对技术创新的成败至关重要。本文在提出影响技术创新管理模式的五大因素的前提下,重点探讨了该模式的具体实践逻辑,并结合重庆市信息产业具体实际,论证该模式在重庆实施的可能性,对提升信息产业技术创新管理水平给出了对策与建议。

Exploring an advanced management mode of the Technical Innovation is a fundamental guarantee for carrying out technical innovation and making success in a region.Innovation management model based the incubator emphasizes on establishing a incubate organization,an extension of he industry-university-research institute cooperative model,which plays in success and fail in technological innovation.Based on the five major factors influencing technological innovation management model,this paper emphasized on exploring specific practice logic of the model,and with specific practice of Chongqing information industry,demonstrated the possibility of the model implementation in Chongqing,and proposed the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the level of information industry technology innovation.
