动态联盟风险防范策略

20个世纪90年代中期直至现在,有关企业动态联盟的理论和实践研究层出不穷,而有关动态联盟的风险问题远没有引起人们的足够重视。本文分析了动态联盟风险的特征,即:互动博弈和共享合作性、放大性和传导性;对动态联盟的风险表现进行了归类;对动态联盟的风险防范提出了策略性建议。在防范策略中,论述了动态联盟风险防范的大体思路,提出成员间应由威慑信任向敏捷信任过渡以提升联盟运行效率;应依靠灵捷的协议体系规范动态联盟的运行,并且在联盟运行中倡导以盟主为主体,由各盟员企业共同协作执行。

From the middle of 1990s till now,there are a great deal of researches on the theory and practice of the dynamic alliance of the enterprise,but the study on risk prevention of dynamic alliance of enterprise has not been given enough attention.The paper analyzed main characteristics of risk prevention of dynamic alliance of enterprise,namely,interactive game sharing cooperation,magnification and conductance.The paper classified the risks of the dynamic alliance,and proposed strategic suggestions for the risk prevent of dynamic alliance.In the terms of risk prevent strategy,the paper elaborated general thought line of risk prevention,and believed that the among the members awesome trust should be changed into quick trust to increase the efficiency of the alliance operation,and the operation of dynamic alliance should be standardized with quick protocol system.In the operation,it is necessary to advocate that the alliance leader is regarded as main subject and all alliance members take actions based on the basis of collaboration.
