改善我国农村金融生态环境的路径

农村金融生态环境是农村金融生存与发展的一个短板,要消除困扰我国数十年的金融与"三农"经济严重失衡的矛盾,应从改革这个短板开始。营造良好的农村金融生态环境,需要从体制或机制入手,在改革过程中充分体现公平原则,实现金融企业和各方利益均等,这不仅需要农村金融机构自身的努力,更需要政府的引导和全社会的合力。

The rural financial ecological environment is the weak part of rural financial survival and development.To solve the contradictions plaguing dozen years of our country＇s finance and serious unbalance of ＂three-agriculture economy＂,it is imperative to start with the weak part.It is necessary to start with the system and mechanism to foster sound rural financial ecological environment,and fully reflect fairness principle in the process of reform,and realize equalization of all parts interests,which needs their own efforts of rural financial institutions,is but also more in the need of the government＇s guidance and whole society＇s joint forces.
