继电保护整定在线评估及预警系统研究

On-line Check and Pre-warning System for Relay Protection Setting

利用EMS系统提供的实时数据资源,开发了继电保护整定在线评估及预警系统,克服了定值离线管理模式的弊端。根据电网实时运行方式,对保护定值的灵敏性和选择性进行在线校核;与实时系统进行校核结果交互,为调度人员实时决策提供保护运行信息,参照保护定值的校核评估情况发出不同程度的预警。重点描述了该系统的系统设计和关键技术,其中包括与EMS系统数据的接口方法、启动方式及保护定值的在线评估流程。系统具有良好的应用价值。

With the real-time data resources provided by EMS system,the relay protection on-line check and pre-warning system is developed in this paper,which overcomes the shortcomings in the off-line setting management.According to the real-time operation mode of power grid,the sensitivity and selectivity of the protection setting are checked on-line,whose results are interacted with the real-time power system,providing the protection information to the dispatcher for real-time decision making,and accordingly making pre-warning referring to different check results.This paper highlights the design and key techniques of the system and,including the interface with the EMS system,start-up mode and process of on-line check.The system has been proved valuable in practice.
