计及可传输容量的梯级水电站优化调度

Optimization Scheduling for Cascade Hydropower Plants Based on ATC

摘要 针对流域梯级水电站优化调度的特点,提出了计及ATC影响的梯级水电站优化调度模型。根据电网典型运行方式和上一时间段的调度情况,利用最优潮流计算水电上网通道的ATC容量。将ATC容量约束直接引入到梯级水电站优化调度模型中,利用粒子群优化算法的全局寻优能力对梯级水电站中长期优化调度进行寻优。以四川某流域梯级的4个电站优化调度为例,计算结果表明采用所建模型和方法能够有效提高梯级水电站发电量和发电收益。 According to the characteristics of optimal scheduling for cascade hydropower plants,an optimal dispatching model based on the influence of the available transfer capability(ATC) for cascade hydropower plant is built.The optimal power flow is used to calculate the available transfer capability of Internet channel for hydropower capacity through the power grid typical operation mode and the previous time scheduling.The constraint of the ATC is directly introduced to the model.Then using the global searching ability of the particle swarm optimization,the model of the long-term optimization scheduling for cascade hydropower plants is solved.Tests results from four cascade hydropower plants in Sichuan Province show that the model is effective and the method is feasible,and it can effectively improve the cascade hydropower plants′ generated energy as well as the income.
